Types of Fat:
1.Saturated fat: Solid at room temperature, straight chain molecular structure with no Double bond.
Source: Dairy product, coconut etc.
2.Unsaturated fat: Liquid at room temperature, molecular structure have one or more cis-double bond.
Source: Corn oil, Olive oil, Tuna etc.
3.Trans Fat: Semi solid at room temperature, molecular structure have one or more trans-double bond.
